Since my last recorded episode I suffered from Cauda Equina Syndrome which is a very rare but serious condition, where the bundle of nerves called the Cauda Equina at the bottom of the spine get compressed by a herniated disc. It affect 6 in a million people and it is a very serious condition because if not diagnosed and operated on fast you can be left paralysed from the waste down with no function or control of the bladder and bowel. I had my surgery on the 24th September 2023 and this is my journey.

Surround yourself with positivity: Spend time with people who uplift and support you. Avoid negative influences and toxic relationships that drain your energy.
Practice gratitude: Cultivate a mindset of gratitude by appreciating the positive aspects of your life. Focus on what you have rather than what you lack, and express gratitude regularly.
